A downloadable quick chat tool for Windows and Linux

Want to warn your friend about dangers, or ask them for a medkit, but don't have the time to do so? nor do you have voice chat?

Inspired by tf2's voice commands, pressure quick chat, or PQC for short, allows you to quickly send out messages to your friends.

It takes some getting used to, and isn't the most elegant solution, but it's way better than typing it out manually.
